The representative of Amami-fukurin. It produce beautiful ‘Dai-fukurin’ large margin on big robust Amami leaves. Despite of amazing characters, they are pretty reasonable these days because they grow pretty fast compared to other high end marginal stripe ie. Mangetsu or Fukiden. Fukurin (marginal stripe) is the final vareigation to get to in Fukiran. Amami-fukurin is something I always cherish because of their showiness and hardiness.
